Kokoda Brothers Directors, Peter and Jasmine Condon and their 3 children, are currently in the United States participating in the Run to Remember.
This event is commemorating the 10 year anniversary of the lives that were lost during the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Centre on September 11th, 2001.
The run has been organised to pay tribute to the 2,977 people who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks. Pete & Jas are running to remember not only the victims from the World Trade Centre but also the emergency service workers who lost their lives trying to save others.
Jas & Pete and members of both the Victorian Emergency Service Workers and Police Force have completed 3 half marathons and a full marathon in their endeavour to show that Australia Remembers.
Sunday 27th August - Half Marathon in San Francisco
- Supported by the USA Secret Service & San Francisco Police Department
Sunday 4th September - Half Marathon in Virginia Beach
- Supported by the Virginia Beach Firefighters
Wednesday 7th September - Half Marathon in Washington DC
- Supported by the Washington DC Firefighters
Saturday 10th September - Full Marathon in New York City
On Sunday 11th September Jas & Pete attended the 10 year anniversary service at Ground Zero.
